Decided to try my luck with the local Cox store and spoke to David. I explained the issues and he looked into and and immediately corrected them. He was extremely patient and could not have been nicer. Cox is fortunate to have David as an employee and he is an absolute asset to the company!! Thanks again David, your abilty and willingness to fix my issue was greatly appreciated!!

Then signed me up for auto pay without discussing it and caused me to get fined because of it. Also didn't disclose fact " unlimited " data on phone is limited as is home internet service. Pick a different provider if you can.

They started billing me before service was started. When I called to complain, they had no idea what the original agreement was. After I canceled the service, they keep on billing me and then sent me to collection for $80!!!! Never thought Cox would lower to the level of Gyms, the champs of BS practices. After being on hold for an hour on the phone trying to fix this, I had to hang up and write this.
