  We have had our fair share of technological issues in the past and Phil one of the associates at this Cox Store location has been nothing but incredibly helpful, positive, and friendly. He’s helped with everything from routers, WiFi set up, and transferring iPhones. Any management associated with the store should know that he is a fantastic asset to the team. Really great customer experience

  Yo, if you need to deal with Cox, definitely hit up this location! The rep here absolutely hooked it up. (Arany) They walked me through some truly awesome options and managed to upgrade my setup in more ways than one. The best part? I'm actually walking out of here paying way less than I was before. 🤯 Highly recommend pulling up to this store if you want to get sorted out right. 💯🔥

  Arani is hands down a wonderful person to have been the one to help me yesterday. I came in to pick up new equipment and she not only helped me with that, but also helped save me a good amount of money on my monthly bill. She also educated me on Cox mobile and sure enough, I walked out of their with a new phone. Thank you, Arani! Very professional and very polite.

  I went to this store to sign up for internet on a Saturday. There were several people in the store when I got there, but when I walked in, I was immediately greeted. Arani, the manager, graciously assisted me and gave me all the best internet options. I did not feel rushed and she went over all the details with me thoroughly. I've been to a few other Cox stores over the years, and this store has amazing, over-the-top customer service. I highly recommend this store. A great team starts with a great manager. Arani's store exemplifies the best in customer service.

  I did a trade in on 2 phones and the trade in process had been a NIGHTMARE!! Called cox they said take them to any cox store and this store said nope we can’t take them. So spend another day taking them to an ups store across town and one of the QR codes won’t work. First guy kept me on hold for 15 minutes kept saying almost done and I’ll send it over. Comes back on and says oh no I can’t so sending you to my level 2 team and that lady is like I can’t send you new QR code, I’d have to send an email to my backend team and they will have to follow up…… so I have spent days, gas, time and still no resolve!!!! So irritated
