  im not the biggest fan of cox or that they generally charge $50/mo extra for unlimited data which should be standard for internet/wifi buttttt all this to say is that anytime ive had issues with setup or billing or anything cox related, gabriel has been a huge help and single handedly has kept me from switching to another service in my new house!

  Toby and jose are incredible employees. I was approached outside the store by two suspicious men. feeling unsafe, I retreated into the nearest store. Toby and Jose were quick to come to my aid, immediately understanding the situation, and keeping the two suspicious men outside of the store. I believe these two deserve a raise!

  Seriously cox is so trash but they have a monopoly over pretty much the whole valley. If you need more than 100mbps upload speed then you are just screwed seriously I have a 2gbps connection and it only tops out at 100mbps upload go ask any cox salesman about upload speeds and they will avoid that question oh and you only get like 1.2tb of data like seriously I burned through all that data in the first two weeks so whatever they say theyre charging add on another $50 so they cant nickle and dime you for every kilobyte of data you use i am seriously considering moving to Mesa so I can get AT&T or google fiber and you can get google fiber with up to 8gbps upload and download speed seriously why does cox neglect upload speed so bad and why is nobody mad about how limited the data is

Gabriel explained what was happening in a way that made sense, ensured my connection was stable before I left, and even shared helpful tips to prevent the issue in the future.
