- ACAmanda CowderOct 26, 20255.0I went into this location yesterday to switch my service from Verizon and also trade in my phone for a newer model. I had the utmost pleasure of working with Ty. I have to say, I’ve worked in customer service for 20+ years and Ty is truly amazing. He was super friendly, patient (I’m not the most tech savvy) and funny. I had to wait a bit (only like 15 minutes, this was not an issue) while my old phone was transferring data to my new one and when Ty was not helping other customers he would come over and chat. I truly enjoyed the conversation and that we shared interests in video games and other stuff. Anyways, I left smiling just thinking about how nice of a visit I had. Give this young gentleman a raise!!!!!
