  Walked into the Cox store with a really frustrating internet issue and was pretty heated about it. Chaniya took about 15 minutes to patiently work through it with me and actually solved the problem. I truly appreciate her taking the time when I wasn’t at my best—excellent customer service that turned my day around. Thank you!

  Warm, professional, and detailed I had an outstanding experience at the Cox Store. Craig helped me get my internet set up, and Keith handled my phone connection. AT&T created multiple challenges during the process, but Keith patiently worked through every issue until everything was fully resolved. Both Craig and Keith gave me their complete attention and didn’t stop until my services were working perfectly. Their professionalism, patience, and dedication truly stand out. Excellent service and a great team!

  Have spent close to a dozen hours on the phone and online attempting to resolve an error on my bill. Went to the store in-person to resolve it, and the dude was a tool, but assured me the error was fixed. I got home, and the error was still not resolved. At this point, I’ve expended more time than it’s worth, and I’m writing it off as a “Cox Sucks Tax.” Cox is an appropriate name because it sucks. As soon as a new provider is available in my area, I’m out.

  This morning I was helped by Craig and Chaniya and they were very professional and supported me They both realized I was older and needed lots of help. Every was answered and I left felling respected and informed I needed. Thanks for having such awesome people working at this store

  I've been to this location a few times over the years and have had great service however, the last two times, service has been excellent. Ty was extremely helpful and took care of all of my issues to include billing, getting new equipment and helping out with the setup of that equipment. When I went back about a week later to return my old equipment, I was greeting by Ty with a "Hey Mr. Chris! How're you doing today?". The fact that this guy can be as polite and helpful as he is and still remember my name after a week in a high traffic environment is impressive! Great job, Ty! Cox, take care of this guy. He deserves it!
