    They helped us resolve a small billing issue, and also told us how we could cancel a Netflix account, although they could not do that for us at the store. We had to do it through our Cox settings on the TV at home.

    Cox has been a terrible internet provider with shady business practices. The staff at the desk tried their best to help, but after multiple visits and back-and-forth, even the most experienced employees weren’t able to figure out a solution.

    Had an excellent customer experience at this location; I just got a new phone and Johanna was absolutely incredible. Other representatives were willing to help any way they could as well in getting me up and running. Highly recommended! A+

    It should be a CRIME to FORCE people into using their HORRIBLE service. What's worse is paying ADDITIONAL MONEY FOR BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE. My apartment has a contract with Cox and they ADD MONEY to our rent for Cox. I decided to purchase additional upgrades, Panoramic wifi w/ gigiblast, Contour, Cox complete care, (upgraded customer service) and the 1gig boost because the apartment only includes 500mb. My system lags horribly so I contacted Tech support and they scheduled an appointment. THE TECHS GHOSTED ME 2 DAYS IN A ROW-NO CALL NO SHOW. I immediately called Tech support sat on hold for 30 mins told the guy this is the 2nd day in a row ur techs ghosted me I need a supervisor. He said I'm the guy to talk to for sure about this I'm one of the experts here...then the call disconnected. SO MUCH FOR PAYING EXTRA FOR BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE. COX IS A JOKE. My phone plan is with Verizon, I'm switching Internet providers to Verizon. If you value your money and don't appreciate practically being stolen from bc their service garbage. DO NOT USE COX THEYVE GOTTEN SO BIG THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS BC ANOTHER ONE WILL JUST TAKE THEIR PLACE. Especially when they can just INVADE and TRICK apartment complex's into using "3rd party vendors" and FORCE people into shitty service and shoulder 0 responsibility all WHILE CHARGING EXTRA MONEY FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!??? SERIOUSLY HOW IS THIS EVEN LEGAL?????

    This is literally the worst experience I've had with any service company. Turned off my service because of the ridiculous price they have people at. Saved $100 a month by switching to a different carrier. Brought my equipment back a week before it was expected. I was first told I owed $20 dollars, then told I actually owed nothing. Got hit with a bill of $49 a month later. Called customer service, spent an hour on hold. Was finally told to go back into the store. Store told me they could do nothing to help, and to call customer service. Customer Service then told me to wait a month and once the bill cycle went through, it would drop off. Waited a month and recieved a bill collector notice for $49. Called customer service and they said I owed nothing and would recieve an email stating that. Still waiting.... This company is an absolute joke and doesn't care about the consumer whatsoever. So much for 15 years of loyalty.
