    The staff is ridiculously slow! My god. They move as if it’s not a lobby full of customers. I understand being friendly and providing excellent service however others are waiting.

    Absolutely trash customer service. I purchased internet service online. It says I need to come into the store to activate my account and receive the equipment. I went to the store, paid the money, showed my ID, nothing else was asked of me. Getting home, the internet won't work, I'm locked out of my Cox account. On the phone with customer service to unlock my account, they can't figure it out. After being on hold for 30 mins I'm transferred and placed on hold again. AI chatbots for customer support aren't helpful. 30+ minute holds for service. Billing works fine. They take your money without issue. Customer service is non-existent AI dribble.

    Brennan helped me and he is great! Very personable as well as knowledgeable. I am an old lady, modern technology astounds me. Brennan Curtis helped me understand it all. Kudos to whomever hired and/ or trained this man. He is an amazing addition to your sales team. Thanks!

    I moved to a new house so I tried to transfer services. My first call happened December 13th. I've called a total of 6 times and I went into this store. I spoke with the manager Jeff Conaway. I told him all the customer service people, many whom don't even speak English that I've been told my house isn't serviceable. I would need to wait for a 3rd company to come and make house serviceable. I can't contact this company or anything I just need to wait on them. It could take up to 5 months. Well, turns out I already have a cox coax box on the side of my house. So my house has been serviced already and for the past 3 weeks I've been getting the run around from every cox employee. This manager gives me his card and tells me to call him in a week. Since then crickets. Nobody is doing their job. I have a coax box, they tell me all different stories and store managers don't even have the brain power to follow the story, maintain communication nor solve a simple issue. 44 years old, I've never had problems like these in just getting information and communicating facts. For such a big company they should have one employee at least that is capable of doing their job.

    This was my 3rd time coming back to this location and it’s always been straight to the point. Fast and amazing customer service! I especially gotta shout out Brennan. He stood out the most and was very understanding :))
