I've called twice & was put on hold for over 10 minutes both times. Bad Communication & Service! At least they could come back to the call & say I'm pretty busy call back or Something. Time to see what At&T is Talking about.

Chaniya was incredibly helpful and explained all our options clearly. She provided above and beyond service while addressing all of our concerns. She was also so friendly and polite. I’ve had so many issues with cox customer support and wasted so much time on the phone I finally came in and wish I had sooner because Chaniya was the only one able to help us and she solved everything in a fraction of the time! 10/10 wonderful service! give her a raise!

You do know it’s illegal after we had cancels mobile service to try to still charge us. We have tried to make many calls to customer service to only get no where. I don’t even have a billing option for mobile services. You all are a total scam. And my attorney has been notified since the issue never gets resolved. You all will be owing for illegal activities. Go ahead and email me or call me you got my info since I still have internet atm which I will be deactivating! I do not trust a fraudulent company!

I had an absolutely horrible experience with this authorized retailer for Cox Communications. Yes, this is an authorized seller not an official Cox store.
I was promised a $70/month internet plan as a promotion that would start and be billed on April 2nd (the day of installation) bundled with a new phone (a $19.99 Moto G Play) that was necessary to activate the promo. Instead, I later discovered multiple fees that were never disclosed at the store: a $100 installation fee, a $7 protection plan, a $50 monthly mobile line charge (which began billing immediately even though the phone was never used), and a $25 charger that I never requested.
To make matters worse, the phone was financed over 24 months without my clear consent. On the final ticket, the $19.99 cost for the phone itself was not charged upfront, but I was charged for the charger.
The employee who started the plan, Chaniya, repeatedly assured me that everything was correct and told me I “would never be lied to.” However, the activation process took an unusually long time. A few days later, when I returned with questions about the fees, a store manager (I believe his name was Jerry or Jesse) appeared visibly annoyed by my concerns and claimed he had waived the extra fees.
When I later went to the official Cox store on Chandler Boulevard, they confirmed that the fees had not actually been removed. The Chandler Cox store was the only location that properly fixed the issue. I canceled all services and I am currently waiting for reimbursement, which may take up to two weeks. They also informed me that I was not the only customer experiencing similar problems from this specific location and that the matter was being escalated internally due to the high number of complaints.
I strongly advise anyone considering doing business with this location to review their contracts and charges very carefully. Go to another store if you can. If I could give zero stars, I would.
Craig is a superstar!
I came in two weeks ago to pay my internet bill, and Craig immediately stood out for his warm, personable, and attentive service. While helping me, he also took the time to recommend a cellular plan that could benefit my daughter, who was in the hospital at the time.
What truly set Craig apart was his follow-up a few days later, not just to check on the service, but to sincerely ask about my daughter’s well-being. That level of care meant a lot.
Fast forward to today: my daughter is home, and we stopped by the store together. Once again, Craig delivered exceptional service, patiently walking her through everything she needed with kindness and professionalism.
Craig goes above and beyond, blending professionalism with genuine compassion. He’s an absolute asset to your team!
