- LMLuis MendozaMar 30, 20261.0My last Modem went out. Took it to the cox store to get a “new” modem. Brought it home and this one is worse than the last one. Come to find out, it’s just and old modem with a plastic cover over it to hide scratches and stains cause by the previous owner. This is deceitful and just wrong. Strongly considering cancelling my service completely. Extremely disappointed with Cox as a company. Store workers were great…. Everything else not so great….
