- SRSargent RockFeb 10, 20264.0I have been a Cox customer for about 10 Years nothing but elgrest service from their internet , W in the last year I have been using the Kiosk Payment center at the Surprsie town center locataion , Every time I walk in after checking in to make my payment Im greeted w a smile , how can I help you today ? The atmosphere is calming but busy at certain times of the day wait times are a few minutes , It is first come first serve but still the willingness to help is greatly appricated . Even tho I had to cancel my sevice due to a move out It was hard to do but that is a part of life ..... Chris at this location helped me , If you can pass on a huge Thank you it would be greatfull ,.....
- AEAlyssa EmigFeb 9, 20261.0I am disgusted with the services that Cox has provided in this last month. I have been a member for at least 5+ years and this has been the WORST experience. Only needed a transfer of services, and they decided to close my account (“bc it was necessary”) and open a new one, so they could make a sale after I insisted not to. Then charged me for a balance transfer. Decided to add on additional charges, told me and my SO we would get credits for the troubles of constant back and forth and misleading communication, but instead just raised our bill from $75 to $120. The most basic plan you can have and they are trying to say it’s $120 a month. HOW?! This has been the most terrible experience from in store to phone calls of people hanging up on you after saying “I’ll transfer you to the appropriate person”, poor attitude and customer service from in-store employees, really considering switching services as they have gone downhill in all aspects. Do better COX.
