    Cruz has been so very helpful today when my mom and I switched phone plans. She was patient while we got the transfer pin figured out through a different, unreliable, phone company and she was very fast and knowledgeable and full of joy and great attitude and a complete pleasure doing business with😊

    The in-store service was awesome. Taylor was great! We just needed to move our service and add someone to the account and it took like five minutes. And we got an awesome upgrade and deal! Way better than trying to call the customer service number and waiting forever on hold and then getting hung up on.

    I went in to have an issue solved with my Internet and they helped me very well. The staff was very friendly and helpful and got my issues fixed in 3 minutes. Very very nice workers inside. 10/10 would recommend

    Cox Cable and their contractor (Allo) caused damage to my private property in Sierra Vista, AZ by spreading paint across my gravel area and parking driveway pavement without permission. What makes this worse is that when I attempted to contact Cox to file a formal complaint, they refused to provide a physical or mailing address for submitting a complaint. No cleanup, repair, or accountability has been offered. This experience shows poor contractor oversight and a lack of transparency in handling customer complaints. Property damage combined with refusal to properly address the issue is unacceptable.

    Well for one I did enjoy cox communication, all though I am canceling my services and will no longer support cox. The lack of communication and the fees that pile up only proves they will stiff arm their customers no matter what situation they face. Even if they fall behind When do to medical, or hardship that is temporary. So I go in the store to talk about the status of my account because I faced hardship do to work slowing down and I fell behind, so to make sure I wasn't going to be disconnected went in person and told the representative that I will be able to come in Saturday to make a payment and the final payment next week to get fully caught up. The representative at the store assured me that I had no disconnect notice on my account and that I will be able to come in Saturday as planned. Well the next day it seems they interrupted my service I called customer service and explained my situation and told them I was assured that my service will be fine well I can't resume work because it's disconnected but dispite the frustration being told your services is fine one day then the next day you get disconnected and told to make a payment to restore service is wrong. Anyway cox I'll be making the full payment and canceling my services here soon. The fact that the in store representative looked in my account and mentioned I have a promise to pay on the 31st and that I don't have any disconnect notice that I will be able to come in Saturday as planned everything is good. Then being told by customer support that I have to make a payment today to resume services really off sets the mood that cox employees really don't vocalize in providing for their customers with accurate information. I was under the impression that my service was going to be good and that I'll be in Saturday to make payment now that I will be able to. Here I thought You would think that they would offer more options for my situation I faced to ensure that they keep me as a customer
