- CNCJ Neal2 days ago5.0This location is amazing. I came in to pick up a modem for service I set up thru Cox directly. Jacqueline is the best! Give the girl a raise! By the time I left, she had helped me port my three lines from Cricket, hooked me up with three new iPhones, and increased my internet speed for $50 LESS per month than I was paying for internet alone. I had to come back over two days because I didn’t have my sons phone with me to complete the port on day one, and each day she seemed happy to see me, and she was very patient and thorough in her assistance. The whole office is really kind and happy to help. The Manager here is very personable too. Overall, they made me very happy I decided to do business with Cox.
