    When you go there be sure to check in at the very discreet kiosk as you enter. It is indistinguishable from other store furnishings. I point this out because I did not see it upon entering and there is no signage. No store employee acknowledged me nor suggested I sign in. Nor did any 'guests' already seated, which would have been helpful and courteous. So, I sat down among the 4 people already waiting. When I noticed names were being called and those who arrived after me were being served, I knew something was up. Once someone helps you, it goes fairly quickly. No paper receipt is given. What should have taken 10 minutes took 30. Caveat emptor.

    I have been in the store at least three or four times in the last several years. I just stopped by yesterday, because trying to get anything done over the phone is ridiculously difficult. I can't say that I'm a big fan of Cox company overall, but the people at this store have always been able to help me resolve any issues I have in a very timely manner.

    Posted a 1 star review 5 days ago and it disappeared? My cox cable TV has went up 20 percent in last 6 months, inflation has only went up 2 to 3 percent all year. I keep hearing cox commercials saying your plan won't go up for 3 years (guaranteed). Went to your store and talked to a smart ass, Chris. They're referring to just internet.I said you don't raise the internet because we'd all go to Google fiber so you raise our TV fee. We raise our TV charge every 6 months and that won't change. I repeated the commercial says my plan won't go up, TV is part of my plan. He just said I'll just unhook your TV if you want to pay less. Had Comcast over 30 years elswere it never went up over 6 to 10 dollars a year, way less than half of Cox's increase.

    ⭐️☆☆☆☆ 1 star I visited the Cox store solely to obtain proof that I returned a device. I was not there to purchase anything—just needed documentation confirming the return. Unfortunately, the representative who assisted me was dismissive and unnecessarily rude, and refused to provide their name when I asked. The card at the "station" said Charlie and when I asked if that was her name she said, "that's the station you're at isn't it"... When I stated that I intended to escalate the matter to management due to the way I was being treated, the representative then claimed that I had “threatened” them. That is not accurate—I was requesting return confirmation and expressing that I would report the interaction. In addition, a male employee wearing a blue shirt was also unprofessional and effectively told me to leave rather than help resolve the issue he said his name was Maverick. To be fair, Isaac (or Ezekiel) was courteous, professional, and ended the interaction respectfully by wishing me a good night. I appreciate his customer service. Cox: please review the customer experience at this location—especially for basic requests like return documentation—and ensure staff are trained on professionalism and accountability.
