- SYsherman yerkes4 days ago1.0Called this store 6 times this last week for assistance and to have a person call me back . No calls back at all. No one answered phone calls just a voicemail . Terrible service , someone needs to find out what is happening. Maybe they need new people working at this location.

There was clear misrepresentation of the services and products being offered, and the billing practices did not align with what was originally communicated. What initially appeared to be a straightforward offering quickly turned into what felt like a bait-and-switch situation. When I attempted to resolve the issue through customer service, the experience only became more frustrating. Support was unhelpful, dismissive, and unwilling to take accountability or provide reasonable solutions. Between the misleading marketing, questionable billing practices, and poor customer service, I cannot recommend doing business with this company.
