The router he gave us, did not work with the plan we had, thus took over 3 hours to set up, including over an out with customer service and tech support. Thier advertisement is misleading since its not unlimited data on your wifi, they charge a huge fee if you go over thier small download limits. BEWARE... Sadly we don't live in the areas with the new Google high speed service is being installed. Cox is not customer friendly and they seem to try to confuse and take advantage of the customers, especially the elderly!!!
