    We stopped into this store last Saturday Feb 7th 2026. I checked in and we waited. The store was a bit busy it was about noon. Sarai helped us. She was a super helpful young lady. Asked all the right questions. Updated what she was doing as she was doing it. Worked every single scenario to get us the best deal without sacrificing anything on our end. Speed stayed the same, TV stayed the same. We did have to add a mobile line but everything was still less expensive than before and we got unlimited data on our home Internet. She took the time to explain everything. Sarai, thank you for taking care of everything for us.

    I had Cox Internet service for one year, and everything was fine with no major issues. However, when we moved to a new apartment, I contacted Cox to transfer my service. They told me the earliest available appointment was Friday morning. I agreed, but no one showed up on Friday. Since then, it has been almost 10 days of trying to resolve the issue. Today, when I called customer service again, I asked the representative to cancel my service because the problem had still not been resolved. During the call, he told me there was something pending on my account related to sending equipment to my address. When I asked why there was a pending technician service request, he said I did not have a technician service plan. I explained that I had already set up the $100 technician service because I knew I couldn’t install the internet myself. If the previous representative failed to process it correctly, that was not my fault. I clearly told him multiple times that I was willing to pay the $100 fee and had already set up automatic payments. I have no problem paying for the service — I just needed someone to install my internet. Instead of listening and helping me, he kept blaming me, saying I did not set up the service. He ignored what I was saying and did not try to fix the issue. After I asked to cancel my service, he told me to drop off the equipment at the nearest location. He then processed the cancellation and hung up without asking if I had any other questions or concerns. I clearly heard him say, “Have a good day,” and then he disconnected the call while I was still speaking. That was very upsetting and unprofessional. After no one showed up for the scheduled appointment and after today’s experience with customer service, I decided to switch providers. I went to Verizon, and they were very helpful. They set up my service immediately without any problems. Overall, my experience with Cox during this move has been extremely frustrating and disappointing.
