  Waited over an hour calling in, no answer ever. Nothing from chat on website other than restart the old outdated modem giving you issues. . Fail

  I had the best experience with Cox today. Fatima was the MOST helpful and friendly customer service person I’ve ever had! She was knowledgeable about all the plans and guided me to a service that felt right for me. She was super helpful with setting up my service and informing me of the bundle deals, and walked me through the steps i needed to take to ensure my internet service would work when I returned home. If you ever go here, I HIGHLY recommend having Fatima help you!

  This WiFi service sucks! We got a new box and a technician come out. And now we’re back at it again. Three days with out WiFi. We unplugged it, re booted it many times. We should get discounted for having no internet for three days!

  Online and in store customer services works only for the business not for you or your pockets. Always remember they will try to give you a better deal when you try to leave to a different competitor. Also they have the fastest internet speed 2gig that’s isn’t even unlimited which experience outage every other week. They’re really better options out there
