First I had called customer service on the telephone but they told me I needed to bring in my equipment to close out my account. You can close your account with customer service and then bring back your equipment to a store, so phone customer service is terrible. The store is so helpful. Unfortunately I didn't catch the lady's name that helped me. She was so nice. In and out in a breeze!

- ZSZ SFeb 19, 20261.0Absolutely the worst company I’ve ever had to deal with. We were mislead on a WiFi connector and their “stay connect” product. They wouldn’t give us our money back for the WiFi extender even though it never worked. We are finally able to cancel our services since T-Mobile fiber was installed in our neighborhood and Cox can’t run their monopoly anymore. Good luck keeping customers now! *laughs maniacally*
