  This review is for the staff, not the product. The product I would rate a 3 star max. I had a situation with my account that the online and telephone support were unsympathetic to, or untrained in how to handle. I decided that the personal contact was best. I ventured to the store I was familiar with. I was met by a young man named Alex. I explained my situation and he acknowledged that he could possibly help. We talked through an option. At that point another gent - Brandon joined in with another potential fix. Between the two of them the following happened: I walked out with a new phone for a small price My service issue was solved They got a happy customer. Personal contact. The best way if you have a problem. These two gentlemen went above and beyond.

  My experience with this company was extremely disappointing. There was clear misrepresentation of the services and products being offered, and the billing practices did not align with what was originally communicated. What initially appeared to be a straightforward offering quickly turned into what felt like a bait-and-switch situation. When I attempted to resolve the issue through customer service, the experience only became more frustrating. Support was unhelpful, dismissive, and unwilling to take accountability or provide reasonable solutions. Between the misleading marketing, questionable billing practices, and poor customer service, I cannot recommend doing business with this company.

  Don’t stand in line. There is a check in proses that is not clear. The guy saw me walk in, stand there. More people stack up. No indication I was to do anything. Then was told to go back in line and he started helping the people behind me.

  I recently moved to Gilbert. Cox said that my rotor/modem would be in my new apartment. It was not so I went to the store in Gilbert and with an apology I was given a faster speed for the same rate $40/month. I was very appreciative. The next month my bill rose to $110. I tried to resolve it online but had to call the store to get a live agent. The first person was very little help but then Chris the Store Manager listened, heard me and understood the issue I had. He was quick to resolve it kindly and professionally. I appreciated it so much.

  Let's just say I was on hold when I called Cox for over one hour and the issue was not resolved correctly. I came into this store and Adonis was able to resolve my issue within 3 minutes, and there was barely a 5 minute wait. I highly recommend this place. Well done. You've restored my trust and relationship with Cox. A+++++ Adonis great job and friendly and great personality.
