  For the second time I have received an email from Cox giving me a cost of services that isn't what is on my bill. The billing rep doesn't see any email being sent to me so I should ignore it. The link in the email takes me to the Cox app, but I should ignore it because they have no record of sending it. How can a company initiate communication and have no record of it?

  Thanks for the apology, but it mostly falls flat when you just say "sorry", then don't offer a fix to the problem. I've been trying to get a Contour II remote control since mid February, as the new one from Cox is made for folks who can read Braille - I cannot. I thought Samuel (Cox employee), was helping, but in that 2 months he's offered to order one, check the warehouse, etc... without ever actually doing either. But even he doesn't reply to me anymore. It's a remote control for goodness sakes... there should be a pile of them readily accessible so when we need to exchange we can simply leave our old one and grab a new one... staff doesn't have to be bothered, and customers don't need to wait around for hours. New management needed as this site doesn't have one. Staff actually thinks it's a legitimate policy to make people wait an hour+ to exchange a remote control!! Worst company you'll ever deal with - no support at all, no respect at all.

  Cox agent refused to listen to problem and ragequit the chat before scheduling a technician because I asked about my bill. Did not solve my problem, was extremely rude in the chat, and was clearly not reading my messages or even attempting to correct the problem. Worst customer service experience in a long line of poor customer service experiences.

  We canceled our Cox internet service. We were in and out in 2 minutes. Smooth as silk. We live in Queen Creek and Cox was the only service available until now. We switched to Quantum fiber. 10x faster and 1/4 the cost of COX.

  Not good. Canceled service and returned equipment. Had to wait awhile cause everyone in the store was just chatting it up and not very eager to help, but it happens. Turned in equipment and was told there would be no more charges… check my account that night and they charged me over $200. This is the 2nd time this store has done that, obviously they need to provide better, accurate information. It is so frustrating. Then spend 2 hours chatting with Cox chat the next day and they were pretty much useless. So many better options for cable and internet, I suggest to stay away from Cox.
