  What an absolute dumpster fire this company is. Scheduled a service call for internet that isn't working. Tech never shows up. I contact customer support to figure this mess out and the support rep has no clue, but then tries to sell me on switching my phone service. Google fiber can't get here quick enough. It makes switching to IPTV and only paying for internet well worth it.

  First off, this is a rating of Cox as a whole and not this specific store. All the employees I've dealt with face to face have been professional and helpful. Having said that though... Cox Communications is utterly deceitful. The connection stability is horrid in my neighborhood, and the prices are too high to justify any longer. After 30+ years as a customer, I have finally given up on them. I have recorded logs demonstrating service drops multiple times a day, lasting anywhere from one to fifteen minutes, for over three straight weeks, at which point I finally gave up. When I called to cancel the service, the representative made multiple desperate attempts to retain my account—even offering to dropping the cost, which I had previously been told was "impossible." The true deceit came when I asked about their router. I was explicitly told by their representative that I did not need to return it and that I could dispose of it. I waited two weeks just to be sure but eventually donated it to a thrift store. Now, over a month later, I'm being charged a non-return fee for the equipment I was told to discard. This epitomizes the company's business practices.

  Trey is the BEST!!!!!! My current bill did not appear because I was in Luanda, Angola during the summer. However, Trey brilliantly figured out how to implement my current charges into my portal. He was kind and professional.

  if i could leave no stars I WOULD. this place is AWFUL, every person working here is rude and doing the bare minimum. my sister and i have been waiting OVER 30min, already signed in AND THEY TOOK 2 people head of us…when seeing we’ve been here BEFORE THOSE PEOPLE! All these people are jerks : Kris, Matthew, Renee, Trey ALL OF THEM! Even this old man customer came in and Kris goes “you have to sign in on the ipad” and not even helping him/direct him to the ipad. I HAD TO HELP HIM. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL EXPERIENCE COX IS AWFUL

  Great customer service! Tommy helped me set up a new connection and made the whole process super easy. He explained all the available options clearly and was very helpful throughout. Excellent experience at this COX store!
