First time a shitty technician just drove by my house and claimed to knock on my door. Then my appointment gets pushed back to past Christmas. I make another call get a tech here sooner. Tech can’t work on my power line for some reason. Call APS apparently nothing irregular or wrong. Try getting another tech. Next available appointment middle of next month. Just wack

I’ve had cox for 5 months, I told them about all my devices and usage and they recommended a plan. I’ve almost reached the limit every month and the past two months I nearly doubled my usage and I’m using 1/2 my devices.They charged me $170 for data in sep/oct. Cancelling my service. They ripped me people off.
- 2C2nd ChildhoodApr 21, 20232.0My modem failed. So I rented their modem/router combo for $5 a month. Connected fast, then everything went to hell. Kept disconnecting every 10 mins. They tech support is terrible (especially if you keep getting support located in the Philippines) . Brought back the unit 2x. Their equipment is terrible. Going to order new equipment from Bezos.
