  I’ve had Cox Internet since 2017, and aside from a few occasional outages, the service has been consistently reliable. Recently, Dish removed Channel 3 and Channel 5, which was a deal breaker for me as a big Suns fan. After canceling Dish, I decided to check out Cox TV—and I’m glad I did. They offered some great incentives to make the switch, including free HBO Max, free D-backs TV, and even lowered my Internet bill by $15. Those offers made the transition an easy choice and were greatly appreciated. Now one week in, I’m really enjoying Cox TV and happy with the decision to switch.

  Friendly Staff, great customer service, was returning the modem/router due to incredible pricing from a competitor, no hassles, and even checked again to see if they could match and unable. Our service had increased with a discount 33% and the competing service with same speeds was half the price. Had a good experience with Cox and truly would have stayed at the original monthly price, (even with the new companies pricing) but the combination of hiking the price and finding even lower pricing, had us leaving Cox. Would use them again if things don't work out.

  Not a customer service experience I would recommend to anyone. They’ve had my money since March 9th told me I had to wait weeks to get the technician out. I make the appointment for the 27th and when I call to confirm they don’t have anything scheduled. Now I’m waiting another week and based on some of these other reviews who knows if they show up.

  COX is the most Dysfunctional Communications Provider I've ever done business with. For more than 2 years they couldn't CORRECT my name on my Account, yet every month managed to process the payment with my name correctly. I had to return the Wi-Fi tower and CLOSE the account, open a BRAND NEW ACCOUNT, just so they could get the account holder name CORRECT and stop hassling me when I called to check about service outage updates. Even after all that, they STILL CHARGED MY BANK CARD for the WiFi equipment I had already physically returned to them, after they even sent an email to CONFIRM THE RETURN OF THE EQUIPMENT. STILL WAITING ON THE REFUND TO BE CREDITED TO MY BANK CARD after nearly A MONTH. They're the only 5G high speed provider servicing my area, and I won't recommend them to ANYONE.

  Honestly …as much as we hate to have to go into the store- the staff at this CG location are AWESOME!!! Super nice & helpful ❤️
