Internet goes out if it's cloudy but the kicker is they will schedule a "maintenance outage" WITHOUT alerting their customers. The outage isn't a few minutes. It's 5 hours minimum!! After missing pretty much a whole shift at work (TWICE), they would only take $10 off the bill BUT IT NEVER CAME OFF MY BILL!!! I HATE COX!!! FIND ANYONE ELSE!!!!
