I was able to get one router sent to me, or so I thought never got a confirmation or anything. So I get the chat support, they send me a router at my address. Fast forward two days I received 2 routers? So I called down to activate one of the routers. Just to get informed that you don't service my area? I live in the middle of town right next to the court house and have had Cox in the past.... Then your chat support tells me att air can help me out? Completely forgetting the fact I have told him I already have a celler data isp. So yeah would never recommend to anyone wasted 2 hours of my time and gas for nothing. Don't go with this company unfortunately they have a monopoly on my town for fiber.

Which wasn't ideal for the work I was doing at home. I am only giving 5 stars to this store because this particular Cox location has great workers. They want to help, and its not their fault the company they work for has some out dated infrastructure (which I was told they are trying to update). Their team members are kind, respectful, and genuinely a pleasure to communicate with.

Bryce our installer was so nice and knowledgeable. Plus he put up with my many questions. I will recommend Cox to my friends and family. My father is wanting to have Cox reconnected at his home.
