Sometimes you just have a simple question, just need a yes or no answer and you still have to pull a number and wait like you’re at the DMV… doesn’t feel very personable or inviting. Entirely transactional. I just left after waiting 10-15 minutes without any acknowledgment. And I was there for a business account, I’m glad I don’t have any personal accounts with them

Beed dealing with no/spotting internet for over a week, had a tech out even, still messed up! Now it's Saturday, no internet since last night and all they can tell me is wait on your technician NEXT WEEK! So if you like spotty service, and no customer service, they are right for you!
