    Just don't. The customer service is so bad. I have had internet for 20 freaking years with them and can't get my crap fixed. Beed dealing with no/spotting internet for over a week, had a tech out even, still messed up! Now it's Saturday, no internet since last night and all they can tell me is wait on your technician NEXT WEEK! So if you like spotty service, and no customer service, they are right for you!

    “helpful staff” can’t even get ahold of anyone leave a message never get a call back. Crazy to spend 100 bucks a month and can’t get your internet fixed. Need to learn to awnser your phones and have some actual customer service. Terrible place

    Worst service ever, constantly going out and I work from home. So I don’t get paid when they decide to not work. Can’t get any other service. Wish I could switch over to AT&T
