Upon move out, when my lease expired, a meer 6 months later, because the equipment existed at the house when I moved in, I left it there when I moved out. I simply disconnected the service as I wouldnt need it anymore and the area I moved to doesnt have cox anyway so taking equipment with me made no sense whatsoever. So I left the equipment where and how I found it. Cox is now charging me $250.00 for unreturned equipment. This isnt even my equipment to return! That charge belongs to the property management.

She helped us a lot, she help us to pay my bill cuz i don’t have the right amount and she help us with a new wifi box etc she was very kind, it's hard to find people who are kind and help people like her, I hadn't seen her before I think she's new. Very good Cox more employees like her we need!
