A year later they wouldn’t credit my account for something I never asked for. And I was on the phone for three hours with six different people. Three of those people were H1B and I couldn’t understand a word they were saying. The first person should’ve transferred me to a manager, but no, three hours minimum on the phone before that. Complete and total trash. Use ATT instead.
