    Michael didn't seem to know what he was doing or talking about. Everything he said in store ended up being wrong. He constantly interrupted and talked over me. I called customer service and they hung up on me while I was trying to figure out how to get my Internet working. I called the store and Michael answered, I know because he kept interrupting me. I was then told to call a new number. I pressed all the numbers to connect to the correct department a woman answered and confirmed that I was in the right department to be helped connect2compete. She listened to my problem, put me on hold for 20 minutes, then came back and said that I wasn't in the right department, I needed to talk to connect2compete. Whom she said she was a part of when she answered. I was then transferred again to connect2compete and was told that I needed a modem. I said "I have a modem, but it isn't working." She said, "oh, I don't know!" And put me on hold again. I'm still on hold. I've been on the phone with cox for almost two hours. They just hung up on me again.

    It's not a secret service socks. Been a tmobile customer since the 2000s. Their wifi is cheaper, faster, and the service isn't horrible, glad to have it.

    Absolutely the worst. My WIFI went down on Saturday and they couldn’t get a tech out to me til Wed. Forced me to miss the NFL playoff games and Mon night’s College Champion Game. They offered me compensation of $2.33 and asked how my day was going? Where did customer service and common sense go?

    Dealing with this company is a joke. They invoiced me for months without ever providing a fiber internet service I signed up for. After, they accused me of not returning equipment, which I did immediately and in person at the time I complained/cancelled due to them not providing their service, and then they sent me to collections after promising they would cancel out the invoices they issued for services they didn’t provide. The customer service is nearly impossible to reach and when you do get them, they make promises to correct that have yet to be rectified. I have been dealing with their issues for over a year and now having to deal with a third party collections company as well. My perfect credit score is now affected by their incompetence. This company is a joke. Do not sign anything with them. Just use Starlink.
