After, they accused me of not returning equipment, which I did immediately and in person at the time I complained/cancelled due to them not providing their service, and then they sent me to collections after promising they would cancel out the invoices they issued for services they didn’t provide. The customer service is nearly impossible to reach and when you do get them, they make promises to correct that have yet to be rectified. I have been dealing with their issues for over a year and now having to deal with a third party collections company as well. My perfect credit score is now affected by their incompetence. This company is a joke. Do not sign anything with them. Just use Starlink.
