- SSSara StovallFeb 23, 20261.0Michael didn't seem to know what he was doing or talking about. Everything he said in store ended up being wrong. He constantly interrupted and talked over me. I called customer service and they hung up on me while I was trying to figure out how to get my Internet working. I called the store and Michael answered, I know because he kept interrupting me. I was then told to call a new number. I pressed all the numbers to connect to the correct department a woman answered and confirmed that I was in the right department to be helped connect2compete. She listened to my problem, put me on hold for 20 minutes, then came back and said that I wasn't in the right department, I needed to talk to connect2compete. Whom she said she was a part of when she answered. I was then transferred again to connect2compete and was told that I needed a modem. I said "I have a modem, but it isn't working." She said, "oh, I don't know!" And put me on hold again. I'm still on hold. I've been on the phone with cox for almost two hours. They just hung up on me again.
