So I grabbed some pretzel bites for the road, ordered thru the Penn Play app, well the pretzels were nuked too long, they had hard edges, and you'd think since I had to pay an additional "to-go" fee that you would at least include utensils and napkins in the bag? It was a bit disappointing.
We stopped here for a bite to eat prior to a show at the event center on a Saturday in March. We were in the food court at that bar and someone suggested that we check this bar out.
The bar itself was crowded but there was plenty of table seating. We each had a drink and shared the boom boom shrimp, fried pickles and a side of broccoli. They have entree options but we went with some appetizers. The food was pretty good.
The bartender was friendly and attentive.
Prices were what we were expecting for a casino but comparable to many restaurants.
There’s a ton of giant TVs here with sports and of course sports betting here, hence the name.
We had a good experience.

Do not go for the cheeze steak sub - no cheeze and all ground beef!

Awesome atmosphere, really good food., and great place to watch games. The bartender Ashley really stands out. She makes excellent tequila sunrises and is always polite and friendly. Her service makes the experience even better. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re at the casino in Charles Town.
Food is excellent, particularly the steak and cheese as well as the desserts, cheesecake is made in house, everything is very good, especially considering the price point. Very good deal. Most importantly to me is the service, my bartender Susan is kind and helpful and never gets upset when I ask for several extra items after my food already hit the table. Excellent job all around. I will be back. Sam in the back of the house is always on point and always helps me out whenever I have a special request. Sportsbook is the best place in the casino as far as I'm concerned.
