  Anyone considering going to this pathetic casino please know the slots are super tight..You will not win anything on their slot machines they are absolutely terrible-Please!! Don’t go there thinking you’re going to win because you’re not..I don’t recommend anyone at these tight casino as this one

  I just moved to Charles Town and love the casino, but for the love of God they need some goddamn fresh air circulating the building!! Too smokey and hot!! Open a door please!!!!

  We always enjoy our time spent there! We go for the horse racing , slot machines, and shows. We especially liked the recent “Josh Johnson” comedy show we attended. We had great seats!

  I visited Hollywood Casino at Charles Town solo, and it was such an exciting night! I decided to try my luck at the blackjack tables, and to my surprise, I hit a winning hand! The dealers were friendly, the atmosphere was lively but not overwhelming, and I felt comfortable playing on my own. It was thrilling to experience the energy of the casino while enjoying some personal wins. Definitely a memorable solo night out, and I can’t wait to return for another round of blackjack fun!

  Hands down the worst casino experience I've ever had in my life. I've been to casinos all over the United States and this one takes the cake for poor service, experience, and overall enjoyment / entertainment. They just make up their own rules for any way to cheat you. They swap table hands over and over and don't pay attention to the customers. The staff talk among themselves more than paying attention to the games and make up rules on the spot to prevent you from getting ahead. The lighting was dull and Grimm like I was attending a funeral and or sitting at a slimy dirty hick bar. I didn't lose much at all so I'm not being sore loser I am just a critic of atmosphere and overall entertainment. This casino might have great security and an overwhelming number of staff members but it's nearly impossible to get a server to come to you unless you're tipping heavy. I've never been so offended by casino staff before but there's a first time for everything. They only had a limited number of tables open and even with people standing around waiting for a spot to get in because nobody wanted to stand up staff will not open more than one table so if you like table games you are forced to get to play something else. Also they control the pot minimum at a moments noticed based on if a high roller sits down with a bunch of chips or not. Overall you should definitely skip this experience and drive the extra hour to the next casino because this place is not worth your time.
