Office hours are posted on the building of 9 A.M. to 5 P.M. as well as on Google for the same times. I stopped after work yesterday around 4:40. Vehicles were parked near the office and people could be seen inside. I knocked once and got no response. So I tried calling the phone number. I had to leave a voicemail. I tried knocking 2 more times separately and eventually someone answered the door and told me I would need to come back today between 9 am and 5 pm. I returned today at the same time to absolutely no one on the premises. My voicemail from yesterday was never returned and I assume my voicemail today will not be returned either. I wonder if this manner of customer service could be impacting ticket sales for those who don't care to set up an online account and pay all the added fees for purchasing tickets online.
