    Very bad experience. Waited for 5 minutes for someone to even be able to give us a lane and when she finally came up she was veryyyy rude! We then waited and hour and a half for our food and manager refused to give us refund even though we had almost finished our game at this point. Very rude staff all through the establishment!!!

    The space is clean and a beautiful vibrant bowling atmosphere. On the other hand the staff seemed to try to deal with the semi filled bowling alley and many stating to be “new”. My issue is with those who put rules in place. There is no accountability or accommodation for when they mess up. My family ordered packages for group bowling through Groupon. There isn’t much info so we called.No answer. We arrived to celebrate my Aunts bday. They say they can’t honor the Groupons bc some 24 hr hold yet it states it no where on either site. We’re there already, we pay for our party of twelve. Irritated yet we kept it pushing to enjoy our evening as a family. Then we order food and drinks. Ordered a platter and 15 mins later I’m told there isn’t any bone in wings would I like to have boneless wings as a substitute? I agree. We had purchased a pizza as well with a pitcher the kids blew through the pizza, no pitcher till 15 mins of waiting to get it ourselves from the bar. Still waiting for my platter and folks still hungry I head to the bar and the girl says “so you’re the one who ordered the platter, we don’t do substitutions so you need to go to the front for a refund. I ordered the food within or first game of 6, now it’s the start of our third game when I’m told no substitutes. And I go to get my refund. Now I have to wait 3-5 days for my money back? These businesses hire ppl barely train them throw them to the wolves then have no accommodations for their lack of experience, food, or customer service. The employees take the grunt of the ish when it’s on the owners. Those kids were just doing what was told to them but they could’ve done better too.

    Came in on a Saturday night with a small group, understanding there would probably be a wait. Walked in and there were about 5 people working the front desk and not one of them acknowledged we walked in. Stood at the desk for about 10 minutes as they were talking with other guests and having (I think) computer issues. Not only until I asked if there was a wait that one them talked with us about the situation. We understand things happen, I have and still work on customer service, but the lack of acknowledgment and communication was frustrating. We put our names on the waitlist (never ended up getting a text about a lane opening). I’ve had a good experience here before on a weeknight but would have liked better communication from literally any worker.

    I chaperoned my sons field trip to Bowlero Wauwatosa today and can't say enough good things about the GM. He did a great job accommodating our group of special needs kiddos. He went above and beyond to make sure they were all comfortable and included. We also had an issue with our transportation arrangements and as a result we arrived past our scheduled time. The GM even offered us more time at the end to make up the difference, which is awesome customer service! He was the only employee working in the whole building and didn't miss a beat! I will definitely be returning with my family because of how well we were treated. Thank you for a great experience!
