  The most cost-prohibitive experience in recent memory. 3 people bowling 3 games (with shoe rental) ordering 1 beverage each came to $175. And that was their special discount! I asked the cashier about the 'Buy 2 games, get the third 50% off' deal listed on the website. He gave us the deal, which came to a total of $100. $100 for 3 games (one of which is 50% off) is absurd. Go to any other of our amazing bowling alleys in Milwaukee (Bay View Bowl, Bluemound Bowl, Landmark Lanes, Highland Lanes, etc), and their specials are more in the ballpark of "$2 games, $2 shoe rentals". We decided to stay despite the sticker shock. My wife and I each ordered one alcoholic beverage, which came to $57! Again, compare this to any other bowling alley in the area where the drinks are generally $5-10 each. Now we are in for $160, and my daughter ordered mozzarella bites and a Passion Fruit Craft Lemonade which came to around $15. Here's where things became truly puzzling. Up to this point, the staff were very friendly and helpful. One employee even stopped several times to check on us to see if we needed anything. Eventually the mozzarella bites were dropped off, without the lemonade. We figured it would be delivered shortly. But after around 10 minutes we still hadn't gotten the lemonade, and the staff had stopped checking in on us. I had to go hunt down a member of staff and ask about the lemonade. They were unaware we'd been waiting for the lemonade, and said it would be right out. After several more minutes, my wife had to flag down a staff member and ask again about the lemonade. Finally they came, but they brought out a regular lemonade in a small glass, instead of the Passion Fruit Craft Lemonade we had ordered. But at this point, we were almost thru with our last game, my daughter had already finished her mozzarella bites, and we didn't care. Then as we packed up to leave, the Passion Fruit Lemonade was delivered (in the normal large glass with the lemon garnish), which was about 25 minutes after we had originally ordered it. The staff was apologetic, but it was too little too late. None of these issues are big deals in themselves, but when I burn thru $175 for 3 games and 3 drinks, it's unacceptable. Especially when there is better bowling drastically more cost-effective being offered everywhere else.

  Joey was great! Not only did he run the whole place with ease, he was super friendly and helped us out a lot. Great experience and kids had a lot of fun. If there were any problems with the lanes, it was fixed right away.

  My son had a birthday party there this weekend and the two people helping us were wonderful! It was such a great experience for the parents and kiddos. Thank you!

  We went there as a family and extended family from out of town to bowl and much to my disappointment. The lanes were so dirty that my hands were blackened each time I picked up my ball. One of my siblings brought their balls that they use where they bowl in a league and the balls were damaged that he brought. My brother did not specifically inform the employees about the damaged personal equipment. He just took it as a loss and repaired them when he got home. We did have a good time playing on the two lanes that we reserved but I will never return there again. The place was too dirty as in dirt and blackness on my clothing as well as my hands, each time I picked up the borrowed from their balls ball. I mean it needs to actually have a cleaning. Very disappointing. It seemed like a very nice place other than that filth.
