  Turn on the lights!!! Who wants to bowl in the dark?!? Some ball returns damage your balls too. Won’t be going back. Cool pro shop inside though

  The front desk worker ayana was wonderful. Our server damiea was quick and assisted us with anything we needed. Only had one lane issue and they fixed it for us fast

  I highly recommend Bowlero Tosa for a kids birthday party! The staff was the nicest I’ve ever experienced.They were attentive and made the experience so enjoyable. They refilled drinks and food as it got low. The bartender even came to our lane and asked the adults if they needed anything. I will be recommending to everyone.

  They 4got my drank wth my food i had asked 1 f the staff can she getts my dra nk she never dud so i had 2 gettz myself as well.the lane we waz on kept freezing bt over all we had fun an the food waz Awesome juz ned better service frm staff wth food orders...bt n all very Awesome place 2 hve fun an njoy urself on a date or family fun nite.. so go an njoy a great bowling date or family outtn

  We visited Bloweros on Saturday, March 13 around 6:15 pm and were told there’d be a 60-minute wait. While waiting, we bought arcade cards and were told we’d get a text when our lane was ready. However, we noticed over 10 lanes sitting empty and were told they were “reserved.” After more than an hour, we checked in and were told we were next but the wait stretched past two hours. During that time, I saw staff move a group ahead in line after accepting a cash bribe of $10 per person, which explained the delay. The empty lanes were never used the entire time. We ended up leaving without playing. Very frustrating experience and very poor customer service.
