Tyler D. was on the only visible person at the front and got us set up on two lanes, warning us of possible technical problems with one lane. Shortly after our first game, it got insanely busy. Tyler was literally running around- from addressing guests concerns, to running the front desk/getting people set up on lanes to running out food. We did end up having problems with our Lane but Tyler and the mechanic did what they could to get the problem fixed. When it still wasn’t working, Ashley helped to get our situation fixed, apologized and gave us passes to try again another day. Even through the mechanical issues and food wait weren’t fun and kind of frustrating, Tyler and Ashley left us with a great experience! We will definitely be back!
