Always enjoy my time at SLBA. Staff is working to make it better. Bartenders work hard to satisfy your family.

Normally love this alley. Today was awful. Staff overcharging customers. The president day special is $11.99 for unlimited bowling and we were charged over $20 for 3 games. Terrible customer service. 🤣

Service sucks. Management is rude and prices ore outrageous. I would not bowl there again except I’m on team and have a commitment to them. I will not bowl there next season or any other time

Today I planned to have a great birthday for my daughter who is special needs and unfortunately had one of the worst experiences at any establishment period. We were met at the register with the worst attitude possible about my special needs daughters water bottle. I will say that there is a “no outside food or drink” sign outside the establishment but I did call two weeks ago and was never told this. Anyway, we never brought in the birthday cake that we originally wanted to bring in to respect the rules. The metal water bottle that my child with autism uses, is used daily due to her sensory needs. We were told by the employee that she would not turn on our lanes until the bottle was taken outside. Again we did it, we brought the metal bottle that contained water back to our vehicle. After our 10-12 guests arrived, we started having issues with the lanes and screens. We were moved to other lanes that again had equipment issues. I was initially planning on spending a good amount of time and money for my guests and I am glad we did not. It was taking other people 15-20 minutes to just get sodas at the bar. Eventually the woman who made a fuss over our water bottle, went missing and there was a line of families surrounding the front desk to bring in business and bowl. Many people left and many people who were there asking for help due to equipment issues packed up and left. We never did finish one game of bowling due to the horrible service and lack of service. One of my guests had to go to the kitchen area to look for the female employee who we thought had left. I did have to wait over 30 minutes to pay for the lack of service we received. In total we spent 15 minutes bowling and 45 minutes waiting for service. We never bought the pizzas, drinks and appetizers I was planning to buy and I’m glad I didn’t. And to make matters worse, by the time we left, there were many people inside with outside beverages! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE. They do not care about those with special needs and their equipment is extremely faulty.

Planned to spend a few hours here for birthday fun with family. The worker saw birthday gifts and Right from the start, we were met with a rude and unwelcoming interaction regarding the “rules” about birthday cake , outside food/drinks despite us not even having anything aside from 1 child's water bottle. It was communicated our lanes wouldn't even be turned on until “the water bottle” left the building. It’s not about rules being enforced — it’s how they were communicated. several lanes were broken, and the bumpers and screens didn’t work properly. Despite the lanes directly next to us being empty, our group of 10 had to move down 10 lanes due to a broken reset on one lane, only to end up at another lane with a broken bumper and screen. We were told that if we needed assistance or adjustments, we would need to go to the desk — yet no staff were ever in sight to assist. we waited 30 minutes in line with no worker available. We ultimately decided to leave, only to wait an additional 15 minutes just to pay our bill and exit. 45 min in line total, amongst several other guest waiting for help. Overall, a very disappointing experience.
