This place has gone down hill and the prices have gone sky high. $6 to rent shoes per person. $5 for one soda. Menu has QR code to scan and order online ($$), but the waitress let us know that the business makes more money on the birthday parties and people ordering from them so because our food was ordered online we would be getting our food last. What a joke. The first lane we were at didnt score any of our strikes. They moved us. The next lane the screen wasnt working. Reset button wasnt working either, so we had to go report it and get reset everytime.
Theres a "ramp" made of plywood that is cracking off because people cant see it and are tripping over it.
We spent over $200 and got busted lanes and crappy cheeseburgers.
Won't be going back.

Me and my family went bowling here on New Year’s Eve and I’m 25 years old along with another person we were with is 23 and we tried to order drinks at the bar here we were denied drinks because our drivers license ids were vertical ids and not horizontal that were government issued from the dmv so we were not allowed to order anything as we were denied service it was the most ridiculous thing I’ve heard we will not be back

We had an amazing New Year’s Eve experience here! Our family and another made last-minute online reservations for the afternoon New Year’s Eve celebration—eight people across two lanes—and everything exceeded our expectations.
The manager, Brooke, truly went above and beyond to make our experience fantastic. She personally walked us to our lanes, explained everything clearly, promptly brought our many food and drink orders, and even celebrated with us with a champagne toast countdown! Another female staff member was also wonderful and worked incredibly hard to take care of our group.
To top it off, we received a thank-you card on our way out. While we know this was a special New Year’s promotion, they absolutely knocked it out of the park for our families. We were honestly surprised it wasn’t a full house and will definitely be back again soon!

We reserved the lane and had great service. It was busy at 3:30 but cleared out by 4:30. Everything was as expected. It did seem very expensive, when we asked about adding 2 more bowlers to the reservation it would have been an additional 100.00 bucks for a second lane. We chose not to get a second lane and just add 2 more shoe rentals for 12 bucks. Even though 6 of us bowled one lane we were able to complete 2 games in the reserved time.

Has Bowlero done a number to this place. Unsure what kind renovations were done when the place looks worse now then ever before. For 80 bucks we had to keep pushing reset on our lane which had 0 oil on it and was dirty. Ball returns were making noises, dirty, and falling apart. Looks like someone through feces on the ceiling in the bathroom, with out of order toliets and the spell of urine was unreal in there. The new ramp of plywood is even sturdy and looks awful. The glow bowlimg there were 6 small neon lights and the rest some 80s nasty yellow color. They had everyone crammed on a few lanes and the tables were still dirty from the last group. I thoight the owner of Bowlero was about making sure bowling alleys didnt turn into dives, but this location is going in the wrong direction.
