We’re conveniently located in the heart of downtown across from the Apple Capital Loop, where we’re lucky to be near some sweet mountain bike trails. Our team is passionate about getting more people on bikes, which is why we offer bike recycling right in our shop and sponsor local cycling events in the area.

My bike was serviced recently and i'm thrilled as I felt sluggish lately. Tires are sealed and everything is lubed up and clean. I'm ready to ride when winter is over. I understand it’s technically a different company, but it’s clear you changed the name to avoid honoring previous commitments. You bought the business and its customer base, yet refuse to stand behind prior agreements. That shows you don’t value loyalty or returning customers. Because of this lack of responsibility and ethics, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere
- DDDylanJul 14, 20252.0Honestly pretty disappointed with my decision to buy from them. The customer service is lukewarm on their best day. I’ve walked in and been ignored more than once. If I’m spending $850 on a bike that doesn’t even come with a water bottle holder, I at least expect to be treated decently. Also, I’ve had to have the bike serviced twice since February for gears slipping. I wish I’d given my money to Arlberg, the sales people are at least kind. I’m not sure if the problem stems from poor management, but I like to shop where I feel welcome. Wenatchee Trek ain’t it.
