Over the several months I have purchased a number of excellent Trek Accessories. One thing that has been compelling is the extensive domain knowledge of the staff. On several occasions, I learned a ton of technical information from the store manager Kim. On one occasion, I was waiting for her to complete a call, and I was just impressed with the amount of technical details that she recited to the caller regarding the technical specifications of an e-bike. Recently, I had my winter service done for my Trek Emonda and the bike service was excellent. Kim went over the details and gave me the confidence that I had received top notch service. A customer focus, technical expert with a friendly manager as a main driver is what I see @ the TREK Tukwila store. Worth the drive and the home of all my bike needs going forward. Well Done!
