  Kim and team made the upgrade to the Domane AL5 Gen 4 easy as possible She was very patient with me and was able to source the bike locally. Made sure to explain the differences from the old Crossrip Comp and left me with a wonderful upgrade experience Thank you :)

  This is a review for my months of experience visiting and making several purchases at the Trek Store located in Tukwila WA. Over the several months I have purchased a number of excellent Trek Accessories. One thing that has been compelling is the extensive domain knowledge of the staff. On several occasions, I learned a ton of technical information from the store manager Kim. On one occasion, I was waiting for her to complete a call, and I was just impressed with the amount of technical details that she recited to the caller regarding the technical specifications of an e-bike. Recently, I had my winter service done for my Trek Emonda and the bike service was excellent. Kim went over the details and gave me the confidence that I had received top notch service. A customer focus, technical expert with a friendly manager as a main driver is what I see @ the TREK Tukwila store. Worth the drive and the home of all my bike needs going forward. Well Done!

  Kim was excellent, recommended bikes and accessories that made sense, was friendly, curious, and clearly has product knowledge that made understanding my new bike easy. Took the time to help us take the front wheel off my bike to help it fit in my car. Excellent service all around.
