We just hosted our kid’s birthday party here for the second time— once for his third and then for his fifth birthday. This place has it down! The party setup was seamless with really professional communication. We arrived and everything was really nicely decorated and prepared. The food came out on time and was delicious, the drinks were refilled, our server was present and easy to work with, all fifteen kids had a great time and we were totally stress free. Everyone was saying how awesome the party was. Don’t hesitate to book an event here or just come for a few games.

Wow, we had so much fun we reserved the lane for 2 hrs. The whole team was very nice. The GM came over to make sure we were having a good time. The burger was great and so was the pizza. We will back

They will not, under any circumstance, let you cancel a reservation. So in my case, they've taken $70 (That's a 2 hour lane reservation + tax) with no recourse except to try and reschedule me.
EDIT. They refunded my deposit due to this review. I'd like to thank the management for resolving this issue, I look forward to trying your bowling lane in the future.

The bowling is fun but if you're hoping to get good service or really any service at all good luck. Everything is ordered online to be sent to your lane which is fine, but if you're having problems with the online ordering there is nobody around to help you and nowhere you can physically go to order your food. The one place they do have never has anyone at it.

I had a really frustrating experience trying to book a small group party at Bowlero. Online, I found a package for 5 people that included 2 hours of bowling and a couple of food options with no alcohol for $179 total. That seemed reasonable, so I started the booking process.
I was then told that all 5 people had to be youths to qualify for that price. Our group was 3 adults and 2 kids, and suddenly the cost jumped to around $450. There was no discounted pricing for the kids at all, even though they were part of the group.
I cannot wrap my head around why kids only receive a discount if the entire group is made up of kids, but not when they are part of a mixed family group. It feels misleading and not very family friendly.
I do want to note that the person I spoke with on the phone was kind and helpful and did their best to explain the policy. Unfortunately, the pricing structure itself makes no sense and left a bad impression. Bowling itself is fun, but clearer and more reasonable family pricing would go a long way.
