- KMKelly McGuireJan 20, 20211.0I have greatly enjoyed your services in the past and at other vail resorts. I had a VERY disappointing experience this past weekend. On Saturday, Jan 16 I rented the regular ski package. THE RENTAL PLACE DID NOT OPEN ON TIME! I went all the way up to Seattle from CA and only had one day to ski Stevens. I arrived at the rental office at 8:20 for their 8:30 opening in which resulted in them opening at 9:15 ultimately not leaving the rental place till 10:30 am. I anticipated a longer time due to COVID which I totally understand but not opening on time was a complete disrespect of my time. This was very upsetting and disappointing as my friends were able to get in 4 runs without me as I waited in snow alone due to false promises. I hope that you can make this right by refunding my rental or a voucher for future use so I can continue to recommend this resort and rental place to all my friends and family in Seattle.

And after waiting in line for 20 minutes, we were told that and asked to start over the whole process. Overall, an hour experience at the rental center with lack of communication and poor management.
