  Truly an awesome spot to check out and shop, when I first arrived I was blown away by the entrance and overall architecture of this spot. Staff was incredibly helpful in assisting me to find the right jacket's and pants for my needs, specifically Bailey helped guide me throughout the massive store and helped me pick out what I needed.

  Not only do they pronounce it R.E.I., when I've been saying 'Ray'for years. But the staff messed up on applying the discount to the total, when ringing it up )the receipt didn't match the posted price), they got a supervisor immediately and after he was confused for several minutes, he proceeds to give some bizarre answer as to why it wasn't applied - despite it being posted. Im a supervisor myself & have 12+ years experience working in service. I was actually taken back by what this kid was saying. SO, I'm passing on shopping here again. Cool store set up though.

  REI flagship store is simply epic and a wonderful place for buying outdoor equipment and clothing. Oh that's right in the city It has an actual hiking trail, waterfall and bike trail to test equipment before you buy. I found a great deal on these fantastic boots on clearance for 40% off. Amazing world famous service too.

  I just spent several hundred dollars at your establishment, only to receive a $30 parking fine despite signs stating the first hour is free. The current parking system is confusing and creates a poor customer experience; I strongly suggest simplifying the signage or offering complimentary parking for patrons

  This is more for the diamond parking but it still is rei who is responsible. I just went to this location and saw they have a parking service for their lot. I scanned the QR code and filled out my parking and payment info then hit submit and walked up the stairs. I was inside for 40 minutes and walked back out with my purchases and got in my car then took off only to notice once I'm on the 5 that a ticket was under my wiper. I checked it once I was at home and they rushed me as I was in checkout and I checked the payment app and it had a failure to submit payment info notification. Oh my bad, I'm on the basement of a concrete parking garage and my payment setup didn't go through because cell service doesn't reach down that far. My gripe isn't that I have to pay for parking. It's that rei decided to go with a service that requires you to use cell signals to make payment where cell service is often non existent or spotty at best. It feels that I was set up to fail so diamond parking could collect$30 off me. Don't go to this location. Edit: I just paid the ticket and they added $1 for online payments. Preditory service.
