  Starting Taekwondo at this school has been one of the best experiences of my life. Not only is it a physical exercise but also a mental and spiritual journey. My balance, coordination, and strength have improved tremendously in just a few months. Ever since I began, my happiness levels have soared, and my daily stress has dropped immensely. The community here is so welcoming; everyone supports each other, and the instructors are incredibly kind and encouraging. If you’re looking for a place that helps you grow both inside and out, I promise this school will make a huge difference in your life. This poem captures what Taekwondo here has meant to me: Taekwondo is a powerful skill, An adrenaline rush, a lifelong thrill, Even though it will take sheer force of will, At 60, I might be practicing still. A dance of the body, spirit, and mind, An internal balance you’ll have to find, Sometimes I stumble and fall behind, I get up with a smile, still determined. As kicks and punches around me soar, I rotate, twirl, and slip on the floor, Stretch for the splits just a little more, Each small win brings a joy I can’t ignore.

  I have trained here for 10 years and enjoy the family friendly environment. Master Henkel and his staff are the best instructors you will ever find. They maintain discipline while being patient and kind.

  Great place to get your kid started in learning and building character. The instructors are great with kids and have been great during such new times with the pandemic by offering over webcam classes before and in person makes classes now. We've seen our son excel at each level.

  Instructors are friendly and knowledgeable and patient with my two boys. The Dojo is a little small but it makes for an intimate personal environment. You can also park at the car wash behind if there are no primary spaces... It's the instructors that keep us coming back! My boys have a love for martial arts now.
