My balance, coordination, and strength have improved tremendously in just a few months. Ever since I began, my happiness levels have soared, and my daily stress has dropped immensely. The community here is so welcoming; everyone supports each other, and the instructors are incredibly kind and encouraging. If you’re looking for a place that helps you grow both inside and out, I promise this school will make a huge difference in your life. This poem captures what Taekwondo here has meant to me: Taekwondo is a powerful skill, An adrenaline rush, a lifelong thrill, Even though it will take sheer force of will, At 60, I might be practicing still. The masters and teachers are wonderful and you will become fast friends with them. I would recommend this place to anyone wishing to learn TKD or if you just want to be more active. Fair warning you will sweat it won't be easy. But it will be worth it and you will be proud you did it
