Coach Arnold Ha has been awesome in developing my swing. His teachings of the fundamentals have built a solid foundation for my game that I’m eager to continue improving on with him. The practice sessions, facility, equipment, app, and staff have been a great experience all around!

Initially, I was concerned about being pressured into buying new clubs but was put at ease immediately by Micah. He put zero pressure on me to purchase anything throughout this time. Promised kept. I was asked what my goals were and we have stuck to those goals. Another promise kept as he guaranteed I would understand how to work the ball with fades and draws. Promise kept. Micah has a sense of understanding when I am not getting the concept. He has a great way of simplifying it so I can apply the concept to reality on the course. The results are starting to show as the scores are trending the right way. I feel I have a much better understanding of the game from simply talking golf with Micah. He has opened my eyes to the more intricate parts of the game. So many times, I have said to myself "That is so simple. Why have I never heard that before?" He has made my game much more fun due to this understanding....my swing is better, but the understanding has been a huge bonus of learning. One major key to liking Golftec is the bay time that comes with the lessons. This is especially true living in Seattle. The bay time gives instant feedback from the videos. This is vital. I recommend Micah Johnson as a coach so much that my wife will be following me to get instruction from Micah. Clicking with your coach is key! Micah is 5 stars!

Why do I need a Swing Evaluation
The Swing Evaluation gives both Coach and student a clear visual and numerical baseline for both indicating where improvement is necessary and measuring the improvement. We highly recommend the Swing Evaluation for every student, from beginner to competitive player. It allows us to understand your current swing and goals and helps determine the right lesson plan for you.
Are your lessons expensive?
Prices vary by the lesson plan, features included, and region, but they are highly competitive with teaching professionals in each area. However, each GOLFTEC Student will start with a Swing Evaluation which is $150.
Do you teach beginners?
We love teaching golfers who are just picking up the sport! Our coaches understand the unique needs of beginners and know how to make their sessions comfortable and enjoyable.
Can I take lessons at any location?
Absolutely! Your Coach will be able to help you find another Center and Coach. You can also use any GOLFTEC location when you are traveling.
Can I take lessons outdoors?
On-course instruction on specific shots and course management are a great complement to in-bay swing lessons and are offered at most locations.
Will you change my swing?
Changes to your swing may be necessary given your specific golfing problems and goals. We begin with your current swing and work on adjustments to make it more effective and productive.
Does GOLFTEC sell clubs?
Yes. We will order clubs based on your TECFIT club fitting or your specifications if you choose not to have a fitting. With our large buying power and relationships with leading manufacturers, we can sell custom clubs for the same price that you would pay for off-the-rack clubs at many retailers.
How is your club fitting different from others?
Our TECFIT club fitting system provides a precision, agnostic fitting experience. All GOLFTEC Certified Fitters use our advanced launch monitor technology to measure your unique launch conditions. While most other fitters stop there, we utilize our proprietary equipment database of thousands of club/shaft combinations to identify the perfect club configuration to optimize performance based on your swing. Clubs fit and built to your unique swing DNA will lead to greater consistency, distance, and confidence on the golf course.
