  BAD EXPERIENCE! Dennis the manager is avoiding our issue. Went in for a driver fitting… horrible experience! He “recommended” A driver I did not fit into. Couldn’t hit it properly. We didn’t go through the specs of the driver, grip size shaft options at all. I had to ask about the grip. Once received it was the wrong grip and in my fitting I told him I like normal Stiff shaft. Was not happy with my driver so I brought it back to him the next day with a promise of being able to replace for the one I want. I did not get confirmation from them I had to call them to verify when he told me it was ordered I had to call again in almost 2 weeks to see if you’ve gotten it and he said it was there. The customer service isn’t there. Once again the driver was not what I have asked for, Wrong shaft again and what it looks like a used driver head with scratches and dust in between the grooves. I have called the office multiple times to speak with a manager but he seems to be not available all the time I get told he has to call me to fix this issue but don’t get a call at all. I was told that we might have to order someplace else having a feeling that they don’t want to deal with their mistakes. Update: I had to call the store since I didn’t get a call. The guy that I spoke to said the manager- Dennis said is fed up with the situation and left for the day. Said that I should probably go order it at another place.

  Had one of the only lessons in 40 years of golf at 68…typically a single digit. My swing was off and hitting a lot of hosels. Made an appointment for a swing analysis with Dennis Bates in my area. All high tech stuff…most of which is over my head. Dennis made it easy, comfortable and practical to see what I was doing and correct it. I feel I am able to play again without total dread! Will seek out more lessons and a fitting here soon. Thank you Dennis and Golf Tec.

  I had a terrible slice. I tried videos and other lessons where the Pro basically watched your swing. After 2 lessons and analysis at GOLFTEC my slice was gone. The technology used by GOLFTEC is amazing and with the Pro working with you it gives you the guidance to practice effectively. You can also view your past lessons on the app. Nice feature when you’re not taking notes.

  It had been decades since I purchased my last set of clubs, and I had no idea what a “club fitting” was all about, but the folks at GOLFTEC made it easy and painless. I also signed up for the 10 lesson plan and after the first 3 visits I’m hitting far more consistently and straight. I like the laid back atmosphere but for sure they seem to have all the modern tools to help your game! Thanks
