If you are not going to help me or even ask me if I am doing ok, stop following! I asked her if she could help me with shoes she just pointed at the lady at the shoes dept and told me she cannot assist as she’s with men’s dept. then at least ask me if I need any help when I was looking for men’s clothing. Manager needs to train her customer service skills.

The first time it was an incredibly rude employee who snapped at someone who was disabled, this time, it was less than 2 minutes in the door and dealing with rudeness. Good luck if you dare. I used to enjoy coming here.

Quick thank you to Meg who helped me find the right headlamp, and got me a shopping bag without my asking, Jon L at the register who made me checkout great, even with multiple cards, dividends, etc to process, and two great young employees in shoes whose names I didn't catch who helped me with Birkenstocks and insoles and were so nice, even when busy, and even though I didn't end up buying shoes. This is why I come here in person even when I could shop online--all your product and outdoor knowledge and helpful kindness. Cheers!
