  I have gone to this store for many years, and there's only 1 person I've ever enjoyed there. All I've ever expected is to deal with the people in the repair area, that was before it was 9+ months to 2 years' worth of back up in repairs. Advice to anyone reading, repair your own stuff, there are tutorials for you, and it'll be several dollars cheaper than having them repair it. However, the prices for EVERYTHING are SUPER EXPENSIVE! I would NOT recommend going to this store unless you're willing to pay online store prices (MSRP), WA State sales taxes, and whatever else they can throw and/or force you to pay for whatever you touched. No discount will save you I promise. Customer service here is always rude, and that's from a bunch of people I've talked to whether it's their 1st, 3rd, 100th time, including myself. The person behind the counter (Which I believe is the manger?) is rude, and unhelpful. So much for striking a conversation when you have nothing else going on in the store to keep you busy. Full of 1 liner shutdowns basically saying get the hell away from me. What kind of customer service are you building? The ones that won't shop there? There's a reason this store went from a 4.8 star on Google reviews to a 4.4 at the time of posting. Expect it to go lower in rating if something doesn't change and you, the reader, have the same experience.

  The store owner and employees are very helpful. They helped me with what to buy for wiring my houses and looked at some old trains for me. Go to see the train layout.

  Made a two hour trip south on a recommendation.It was 3:45pm no one in the store except for 3 employees i walked the whole store every aisle.Checking everything out, not one employee said.Hello, or asked me if i needed any help.They just walked right past.Me will never step foot in the facility again
