We came specifically to buy kids’ bikes, yet there was nowhere to test them—and the employees wouldn’t even allow the kids to pedal inside the store. Just “sit on it,” they said. And all the bikes were locked. How are we supposed to choose bikes if the kids can’t actually try it? And only one model of each bike model on the floor, which Bellevue store has at least two or three each model. Absolutely ridiculous!
