He provided both technical information and showed a variety of manufacturing strategies that present real world differences in the many raincoat selections REI carries. He also provided detailed information and examples of 2, 2 1/2, and 3 layer coat options. We ended up choosing the REI Xero Cloud 3L and immediately put it to use. It is a great PNW layer that will get significant use.
