The parking lot was big and it was clean inside. The bathrooms were on the messier side, but overall a good trip.

Concept is 5 stars, Execution is 1 star. Not fit for Baseball/Softball.
As a travel ball family in Washington, we appreciate the idea of an indoor facility, but the Northwest Sports Hub is arguably the worst layout for Baseball/Softball in the region.
For the Players:
The field design is subpar and reflects a lack of understanding of the game. The catcher's area and the backstop design are problematic; they create unpredictable and challenging situations that wouldn't exist on a properly designed field. It’s frustrating for catchers and unfair for the flow of the game for base runners.
For the Spectators:
The viewing experience is a disaster. Upstairs viewing to the field is blocked by huge cement pillars and if you aren't one of the first people there, you’re standing all day because there is no seating. There are "foldable" chairs, But not nearly enough to host any type of tournament that draws in an incredible amount of teams. The "outfield" seating is a joke—there are massive equipment mats that prevent a clear outfield viewing area.
Safety/Logistics:
The 3-foot-wide entrance/exit is a major bottleneck and feels like a safety hazard during busy tournaments.
The Hub needs a total redesign of their softball/baseball layout if they want to continue hosting a solid tournament experience.
Until then, we DREAD seeing this location on our schedule.

I have to pay to watch from the worst viewing position imaginable? From the outfield or over a railing, or both! Meanwhile the turf looks like they imported it from a run down miniature golf course. Gaps in all the turf seems.. The warm up area is the definition of chaos. I am praying that my kid makes it out of that gauntlet alive. Any kid that plays here should immediately be awarded a survival badge.

Its a pretty cool place EXCEPT, the pitching mound moves every pitch, the home plate and batter box always moving AND ive seen more girls get hurt with that rug( yes rug). We go through atleast 2 pair of pants everytime and can't slide. Field 2, if your trying to round 3rd base, good luck with that unless your a robot and can turn on a dime. 1 game, 3 girls got hurt there. Other than that, I think its pretty cool place.
