  They had a good selection of shoes which is all I was looking for. The shoe employee was very good but there was only one person helping 5 serious customers. He did a great job but it was a heavy demand for him

  Went in to buy a bike chain and received some of the most efficient and knowledgeable customer service I have witnessed in ages. I don’t typically write reviews but I have to commend this location for how good they are. Highly recommend.

  This store needs employees! I walked the entire store three times to find someone to help me with a price for a Yeti cooler. They have a nice display of several types right as you walk in, with NO prices on any of them. I found a second display behind those with 1 that had a price. When I found the one guy who was very helpful, he was stuck in the back, but literally the only person available to open fitting room doors, get shoes and manage the entire back of the store. He even got in the mic to tell people I was coming to the front (AGAIN) and I waited 5 more minutes (which is a long time without service) and not one person even acknowledged me. Keep your cooler, I’ll get it ONLINE.

  Products are great, had to walk the entire store to find assistance. Finally went to check out counter to get a question answered.

  I like REI and have always been a regular customer for outdoorsey items. This is where I was able to purchase my pedal kayaks and picked them up here. I enjoy their wide selection of clothing and camping tools. If you are into bikes its also a great place to check out.
