    I don't shop at REI often, but now and then, I need some outdoor gear. Just purchased a Stanley insulated bottle for water. Smaller size. I really happy with it as some of the water bottles offered at stores are way too big. I'd rather refill than lug a huge bottle around.

    I’ve been shopping with REI for a while, and this store has great customer attention. Needed Bear mace/bear horn and help me out with most gear I needed to be out in the north cascades.

    We had a great experience today at REI, Bellingham. Kyle in the shoe department was friendly and very helpful. He helped us find exactly what we were looking for. The cashier, Max, was friendly and professional. Thank you REI!

    Lacking in customer service these days and wasn't impressed... especially in the shoe department. Usually it's mediocre and couldn't care less but today was definitely not it.
