- SKStuart Kwan2 days ago5.0A reliable REI location with a consistent REI experience. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The parking lot is a bit of a mess with tight turns and small spots. Take the train to Wliburton or East Main instead. It's a walk but a nice walk.

REI-branded products used to be my go-to but now they are defective and/or disappointing more often than not. Prices have gotten ridiculous. Even with the REI dividend you have to pay at least 30% more than you will for the same goods on Amazon. My last three online orders were cancelled without any notification being sent. Incredibly annoying. The photo shows the inner shell delaminating from my REI brand rain jacket after only a couple months of light use.

Big yikes energy. These are overly annoyed for no reason robots and not the same chill bike shop people from my favorite REI Seattle, which unfortunately was booked for 2 weeks ahead. Kinda sad because REI is not even the worst retail job to have in the building, lol. Let's see how they gonna fix my pricey yet problematic e-MTB. I might change my rating later, hopefully for better, but I'm pressing "doubt" for now. Let's just hope they won't mess up paper or mechanical work and I'll leave it at generous 3 stars since I got super comfy trail running Altras at 40% off.
