He was super patient and nice. The selection was quite good, lots of helmet and clothing options.

There was no line at the checkout at all, so instead of wrapping all the way around the rope fence, I simply stepped over and walked to her counter. I said hi, and she rolled her eyes and spoke to me with attitude, telling me “don’t hop” in a really dismissive way. I completely understand if the store prefers customers to walk around the rope. That’s not the issue. The issue is how she said it. There was no reason for the eye-rolling or the tone she used. It came across as rude and unprofessional, and it made the whole interaction feel unnecessarily negative. I hope this can be addressed so customers can be treated with basic respect, even when being reminded of a policy.
