  It’s been less than two months and I already see more progress than the past three years of hustling through the game. The coaches are knowledgeable and friendly. They are quick to point out what’s impacting your performance and how to quickly. The tech makes it extremely easy to visualize and correct. Practice is intentional and not just hitting balls at the range. I still have for more months of coaching and can’t wait to see the results. Best Christmas give I’ve given to myself.

  I started working with Joachim at the Bellevue GOLFTEC location back in December, and I can’t believe how much my game has improved in just a few months. When I first walked in, I was struggling with consistency off the tee and couldn’t figure out why my iron shots kept leaking right. Joachim broke down my swing on video, identified the issues right away, and laid out a clear plan to fix them. What I appreciate most about Joachim is how patient and methodical he is. He doesn’t try to overhaul everything at once — he focuses on one thing at a time so it actually sticks. Within the first few sessions, he had me working on my grip and posture, and the results were almost immediate. By February, I had added about 15 yards to my driver and my dispersion with my irons tightened up significantly. I’m hitting more greens in regulation than I ever have, and my handicap has already dropped by three strokes. Beyond the technical side, Joachim genuinely makes lessons something I look forward to every week. He keeps things positive, explains the “why” behind every adjustment, and celebrates the wins with you. You can tell he loves what he does and wants to see his students succeed. If you’re on the fence about taking lessons at Bellevue GOLFTEC, do yourself a favor and book with Joachim. Best investment I’ve made in my golf game.

  I'd recommend Golftec Bellevue for anyone wanting to improve their ball striking. I've been working with Joachim not only on the technical aspects of the swing but also my approach to each shot. Shot my best-ever score (69) this summer and I'm sure I couldn't have gotten there without Golftec.

  I really appreciate the help and coaching from Joakim at the Bellevue location. I felt like I was able to make tangible improvements with my swing each week. I think my average score has dropped by 10-15 after 3 months of coaching.

  Great location and impressive facilities, with top-notch technology that allows you and your coach to measure all key aspects of your swing and ball flight -and since a few months ago, you can also compare them one by one with those of your favorite PGA Tour player! The whole team is solid, professional and friendly. I’ve been taking lessons with Joakim Westman, a friendly coach who immediately identified the more relevant flaws in my swing that had been limiting my progress for quite a while. In a few months he was able to improve the consistency of my game. I now swing easier, smoother, with better contact, and I’ve eliminated my old slice, allowing me to enjoy my game even more! My official handicap dropped 5 shots (from 26 to 21) and I now often play rounds in the low 80s, for the first time. I’m happy to recommend Joakim - a great person, very qualified, and with all the empathy you’d expect in a coach.
