I dropped my skis, boots and bindings for a remount and full tune. They had them for 8 days and didn't touch them. I got a full refund and took my kit to a local ski shop. They had my skis ready the next day and was cheaper than REI's member pricing. Support local ski shops, you guys. REI is a corporation that has lost touch with being proud of what you do.
